Evergreen Biology LLC offers ELISA services to quantify and analyze protein of your interest in any biological samples by direct and sandwich ELISA. Service include protein extraction, antobody characterization, immunoassay, and quantitative analysis.
How do I prepare the sample?
Simply place each sample into a labeled tube. Freeze the sample as soon after collection as possible --- you may even use a quick-freeze procedure. Please fill out a testing form, including all necessary information with the package: contact info, sample info, and which ELISA is to be used for testing.
How much sample volume is needed?
100 µl minimum per replicate per target protein (eg, triplicate results for one target would require 300 µl per sample, and triplicate results for 2 target proteins would require 600 µl per sample)
How do I send the samples?
Please include a printed copy of the Sample Testing Form with your shipment. Samples must be free of infections, such as HIV, Hepatitis B, or other communicable viruses, etc.
